SDC is a Canadian charity that empowers youth to empower children with disabilities. SDC is a collective voice for the passionate young leaders who believe in a world with equal opportunity, regardless of ability.

SDC is a family; we are a group of people that care and support each other and we are a team that operates on, by, and through compassion. Together, we work to piece a puzzle that will include children of all abilities. Ultimately, creating the warm and loving community we have always dreamed of.
